Please avoid sending government-ID numbers, financial-account credentials or other sensitive documents through ordinary enquiry text fields.

If you submit a careers application, we also collect the address, educational and work-experience details, preferred job role, message and any resume you choose to upload. Applicant CVs are stored outside the publicly served website and are available to authorised recruitment administrators. We use these details to review applications, contact applicants and keep hiring records for a reasonably necessary period, subject to applicable legal requirements. An application does not automatically create a customer account.

3. Usage, session and device information

The website uses a secure session cookie to support authentication and security. Server hosting may record requests, IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps and security events for troubleshooting and protection. The comparison feature may store the IDs of compared properties locally in your browser. Clicking WhatsApp opens a Meta-owned service; its own privacy terms apply once you interact there.
