1. About these terms
Welcome to Vertex Realty at vertexrealty.co. These Terms of Use apply to visitors, registered users, property owners, agents and anyone using our property-discovery website and related enquiry tools. “Vertex Realty”, “we” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Fraud Awareness guidance.
2. What our platform provides
Our website helps people discover residential and commercial properties, compare listings, save searches, publish eligible owner or agent submissions, make enquiries and explore general property-related guidance. An enquiry or visit request is not a confirmed booking, agreement, guaranteed service or commitment to complete a transaction. Specific brokerage, advisory or other paid services, where available, must be agreed separately.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Use our website lawfully and provide accurate information. Account holders must be legally capable of entering any transaction they propose. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Buyers, owners and agents may have different permissions. We may suspend fraudulent, unlawful or abusive accounts after appropriate review.
4. Property listings and availability
Listing information, prices, measurements, photographs, possession dates, facilities and availability can come from owners, agents or other third parties and may change. We aim to review submissions but do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, independently verified or free of errors. Marketing photographs and site-wide illustrative imagery are not evidence of the condition of a listed property. Confirm the actual property, total costs and availability directly before making a decision.
5. Due diligence and regulatory compliance
Before paying a deposit, signing an agreement or purchasing property, independently check title and ownership, encumbrances, building or land-use approvals, possession or occupancy certificates where relevant, taxes, charges and contractual obligations. For projects and agents to which the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 applies, verify the relevant registration and disclosed project details on the applicable state RERA authority’s official website. Seek independent legal, technical and financial advice appropriate to the transaction.
6. Owner and agent submissions
By uploading a property, you confirm that you are authorised to market it and that its description, status, price, location, media and legal disclosures are truthful and lawful. Do not post duplicate, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent or infringing content. Avoid publishing another person’s sensitive information without permission. You grant us permission to display and technically process submitted listing content for operating, reviewing and promoting the listing through our platform. We may request evidence, edit formatting, reject, unpublish or remove listings inconsistent with these Terms.
7. Enquiries and communications
When you submit a contact form, booking or property enquiry, you permit us to use the supplied information to respond to that request and coordinate with relevant personnel or an appropriate listing contact when necessary. Calls, email, SMS or WhatsApp about your specific enquiry may follow. Promotional contact, where applicable, is governed by the choices and applicable law explained in our Privacy Policy. Using the WhatsApp button opens a third-party platform and does not automatically send a message.
8. Payments, deposits and fraud prevention
Browsing the website and creating an account do not, by themselves, constitute a payable property booking. The website does not currently offer a general-purpose online payment checkout for property transactions. Never treat an unverified WhatsApp message, QR code, personal UPI account or unofficial payment request as proof that Vertex Realty has authorised a payment. Request written fee details and independently confirm recipient identity and account particulars before transferring funds. Any separate services or charges should be documented before payment.
9. Calculators and general information
EMI calculators, blog posts, neighbourhood guides, pricing discussions and other website tools are illustrative or educational. They are not an offer of credit, guaranteed valuation, legal opinion, investment recommendation or warranty of future return. Rates, taxes, eligibility and lenders’ requirements may differ from examples. Do not rely on these tools as the sole basis of a financial or property decision.
10. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful content, scrape or harvest other users’ personal data, interfere with website security, upload malicious files or attempt unauthorised access. Vertex Realty’s original branding, site design and editorial content may not be reproduced commercially without appropriate permission. Listing photographs and other materials may have separate third-party rights.
11. External links and service providers
Some features direct you to outside services such as WhatsApp, maps, government portals or other websites. Their services, privacy practices and availability are governed by their own terms. External links do not necessarily indicate an endorsement or commercial relationship.
12. Service availability and responsibility
We may improve, pause or discontinue platform features for security or operational reasons. While we take reasonable care in operating the site, uninterrupted access and error-free third-party listings cannot be promised. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Actual brokerage or professional services, if agreed, may have separate written terms.
13. Complaints and disputes
For account, listing or service concerns, write to info@vertexrealty.co. Existing customers may write to admin@vertexrealty.co. Describe the listing or interaction involved and share evidence through an appropriate secure channel. We will review the concern in a reasonable manner. These Terms are intended to operate under applicable Indian law, without removing rights to approach competent regulators, consumer commissions or courts.
14. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, security or law. The date on this page shows the published version. Material changes may be communicated where appropriate.
